I recently had the opportunity to pick the brain of one of the industry's intrusion detection insiders, Dennis Petricoin of Bosch Security.

As usual, from sun-up late into the night ISC West was an intense whirlwind of never-ending meetings, events and activities.

My back, feet and mind may never be the same. You see I recently returned from a whirlwind ISC West where the turnout was high, the mood upbeat and the outlook cautiously optimistic.

News out of Napa Valley, Calif., hit national airwaves recently but not for its world renowned wine vintages.
