Italian Casino's High-Def System Reduces Bandwidth and Storage Needs

The casino, which operates 400 slot machines, 96 gaming tables, a restaurant and a 220-room hotel, recently upgraded to the fully-digital video system to enhance its surveillance coverage of all gaming areas, counting rooms, entries/exits and other public spaces.

Missouri Church Adds IP-Based System To Deter Theft

Integrator NetWatch Inc. of Springfield began implementing the IP-based system in 2006, working with the church to transition its disparate analog cameras using Axis video encoders so the Church could fully integrate its system and store data for longer periods of time than was available with the VCRs and DVRs previously in use.
