Kastle Systems Acquired by Venture Capitalist

WASHINGTON — Kastle Systems Int’l, a building and office security system provider, has been purchased by venture capitalist Mark Ein. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Kastle, founded by A. Gene Samburg in 1972, is the only national company that operates and manages its clients’ security systems on an ongoing basis. Samburg will continue to head the company as its CEO.

Ein says he will look to infuse Kastle with more investment in domestic and foreign markets.
