The FireSwitch NAC networked power extenders by Altronix of Brooklyn, N.Y., deliver a host of features including local and remote programming and status monitoring, which provide real-time status conditions to determine whether or not a service call is required, according to the company.

The extenders feature an LCD on the enclosure’s front panel, and an Ethernet port for local or remote programming and monitoring. NAC outputs are selectable as Class B, Class A or continuous auxiliary power for a maximum of eight Class B, four Class A or eight continuous aux power outputs.
