Fire-Lite Continues Free Training Sessions

Fire-Lite Alarms, part of Honeywell's Life Safety Group, is hosting more than 25 free educational sessions throughout the United States. The classes will range from fire alarm basics to detailed hands-on training sessions.




Fire-Lite Alarms, part of Honeywell’s Life Safety Group, is hosting more than 25 free educational sessions throughout the United States. The classes will range from fire alarm basics to detailed hands-on training sessions.

Course offerings are designed for every level of industry professional. A three-day MiniScan Academy training session focuses on power supply fundamentals, product features, installation methods, programming and troubleshooting.

The SuperLite Academy, a two-day course, features instruction and hands-on exercises in the capabilities, installation, programming and troubleshooting of the manufacturer’s addressable fire alarm control panels (FACPs).

The Super Academy begins the first day with a basic fire alarm technology overview, while the second and third day cover Fire-Lite’s voice evacuation systems and FACPs.

All Fire-Lite courses qualify attendees for various National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA) continuing education credits. To view dates, locations and complete course descriptions, visit www.firelite.com.
