Interface Security Renews Five Diamond Certification for St. Louis Monitoring Center
The integrator’s monitoring facility in Plano, Texas, also maintains its own Five Diamond certification.
Interface Security Systems, a provider of IP-based physical security and secured managed network services, has renewed its CSAA Five Diamond Certification for its monitoring center in St. Louis.
ST. LOUIS – Interface Security Systems, a provider of IP-based physical security and secured managed network services, has renewed its CSAA Five Diamond Certification for its monitoring center, located here.
This certification demonstrates that all of the company’s central station operators have achieved proficiency and certification by passing the CSAA Central Station On-Line Operator Training Course. The coursework covers all phases of central station communications with customers, law enforcement, fire and emergency services communications centers.
“2015 marks the tenth time that Interface has achieved the CSAA Five Diamond annual certification,” said Interface COO Mike McLeod said. “We take great pride in this designation and how it improves the monitored services we provide to our customers. Our Digital Witness Central Command Center in Plano, Texas, also maintains its own Five Diamond certification.”
The company will now become eligible to enter the CSAA Five Diamond Marketing Marvel Awards program, which was launched in 2012 by the Central Station Alarm Association and Security Sales & Integration. The program aims to educate all electronic security companies on best marketing practices and encourage CSAA companies to attain the Five Diamond designation. Past winners include Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Engineered Protection Systems (EPS), New York-based Metrodialand Tallahassee, Fla.-based Redwire LLC. This year’s winning company will be honored during a special ceremony at ESX 2015 in Baltimore.
