Metrodial Earns CSAA Five Diamond Marketing MARVEL Award
Metrodial representatives accepted the Marketing MARVEL Award at ESX 2013.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Metrodial, a full-service central station monitoring company, received the Five Diamond Marketing MARVEL Award on Tuesday during the 2013 Electronic Security Expo (ESX) here.
Sponsored by the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) and SECURITY SALES & INTEGRATION, the award acknowledges central stations that creatively use their CSAA Five Diamond status to gain a competitive edge in the marketplace. Metrodial representatives accepted the accolade during the SSI-sponsored IceBreaker Luncheon.
Based in Hicksville, N.Y., the company features its Five Diamond accreditation in banners, Web site and social media platforms, E-mail blasts and other promotional efforts. The firm also presented the logo as validation to introduce the Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP) program to local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ).
“The company has successfully used its Five Diamond status to obtain favorable insurance rates and strengthen its relationship with responding agencies,” SSI Editor-in Chief Scott Goldfine says. “But literally, the sweetest aspect of this company’s campaign has been the Hershey chocolate bars it hands out encased in custom Five Diamond program wrappers. How’s that for ingenuity?”
