Mission 500 Bestows Humanitarian Award to Monitronics Central Station Director

During ISC West, Mission 500 will award Monitronics Central Station Monitoring Director Mary Jensby with 2012 Humanitarian Award.

DALLAS — During ISC West, Mission 500 will award Monitronics Central Station Monitoring Director Mary Jensby with 2012 Humanitarian Award.

Jensby, known for her contributions to the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) and the Electronic Security Association (ESA), has volunteered for many community and social causes in Dallas.

She regularly offers her time with the Salvation Army to prepare and serve meals, as well as with the North Texas Food Bank, where she unloads trucks, stocks shelves, empties and fills cartons, loads tables and more.

Under Jensby’s direction during the holiday season, the Monitronics team adopted a local elementary school and invited another special needs school to the Monitronics facility. Children enjoyed a day with Santa, a free lunch, presents and a tour of the firm’s service department. Additionally, each Christmas she has donated items to a local assisted living care facility, making sure that every resident receives a gift.
