MOONACHIE, N.J. — Monitor America has received Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) Five Diamond certification for its 25,000-square-foot, full service central station here.
The announcement comes a month after the firm earned a UL listing for its video-centric monitoring facility, which began full operations in June. It offers cloud-based business-to-business, enterprise-level and residential services ranging from hosted video and access control, virtual security tours, video concierge services, video escorting, and real-time event reporting to PERS services, intrusion, video monitoring and video verification of alarms.
All Monitor America operators have successfully completed both CSAA Level One and Level Two training, says Jay Stuck, the firm’s vice president of operations and chief marketing officer.
“CSAA is a blue-ribbon organization in our industry that sets a very high bar for employee training and central monitoring standards,” he says. “Achieving this certification helps cement Monitor America as a central station dedicated to the highest level of excellence for alarm monitoring and dispatch protocols.”
The company is currently seeking third-party monitoring accounts from dealers and integrators and is offering one year of free monitoring as an incentive, Stuck says.
