National Monitoring Center Creates CEO Position; Top Execs Take on New Roles

Michael Schubert, formerly president, has assumed the role of CEO; Woodie Andrawos, formerly executive vice president, will become president.

LAKE FOREST, Calif. – National Monitoring Center (NMC) said it has established the position of CEO for the first time in its history as part of two executive moves intended to secure the company’s future as a leading wholesale monitoring provider.

Michael Schubert, formerly president, has assumed the role of CEO and will take on a greater visionary role to guide the strategic direction of the company as it seeks new markets and new opportunities for growth. He will continue to participate in key decisions for the company, according to a press release.

Woodie Andrawos, formerly executive vice president, will become president and take over the day-to-day operations of the company. He will work to strengthen the customer relationships of its dealers and help grow their businesses through superior customer service and professional representation of the dealers’ brand, according to the company.

NMC was founded by Schubert and Andrawos in 2001. The company operates two redundant monitoring centers in Lake Forest, Calif., and Irving, Texas.
