In one incident, the man told a woman who declined service that she needed to sign paperwork to verify the refusal. He left the consumer’s property after she started taking photos of him and his vehicle.

It is unclear whether the man is an actual ADT employee.

ADT has advised its customers to ask for identification from anyone who claims to work for the company to avoid becoming a victim of a scam.
