ST. LOUIS — Potter Electric Signal Co. has revamped its Web site to provide users with enhanced customer interaction and functionality.
The redesigned Web site includes improved navigation, updated product and customer order tracking information, as well as a more robust backend platform. In an effort to make the site more user-friendly, the company relied on customer feedback to make improvements, Potter President and CEO Bernie Lears says.
“The goal of the relaunch is to enhance navigation and make a more efficient experience for users,” he says. “With all the new products that Potter continues to roll out, we needed a Web site that allows us to make updates that are more frequent and get the information into the hands of our customers quickly. This site does just that.”
The company plans to add enhanced training services and social media options to allow users to get updates in a more convenient way.
