Red Hawk Offers Video-Based Interactive Technology for ATMs

Roughly three months after rebranding its company, systems integrator Red Hawk Fire & Security has added the NCR APTRA Interactive Teller to its suite of services offered to banks and financial institutions.




BOCA RATON, Fla. — Roughly three months after rebranding its company, systems integrator Red Hawk Fire & Security has added the  NCR APTRA Interactive Teller to its suite of services offered to banks and financial institutions.

The new video-based interactive technology allows customers to conduct transactions and receive banking services with a live, centrally based teller who has complete control of the Interactive Teller machine. The simultaneous video and audio connection can help customers complete 95% of the teller services that can be done inside a branch. It also allows banks to offer teller services beyond traditional branch hours and locations, according to a company press release.

“By combining this innovative technology with Red Hawk’s specialized expertise as a security integrator, the result is a sophisticated system banks can use to reduce costs, improve efficiency and customer service to grow their businesses,” Red Hawk Fire & Security CEO Mike Snyder says.

Red Hawk has a strong background working with community banks and currently serves more than 50,000 companies and institutions in the banking, financial services, commercial high-rise, retail, education and health care industries.
