Southwest-Based Security Integrator Becomes First Alert Dealer

Advantage Security Integration (ASI) has joined Honeywell’s First Alert Professional Dealer Program.

HOUSTON — Advantage Security Integration (ASI) has joined Honeywell’s First Alert Professional Dealer Program.

Established in 1991, the systems integrator customizes life-safety and security solutions to thousands of residential, commercial and industrial customers. Specializing in intrusion, fire protection and access control, ASI was one of the first security firms in the southwest to establish a remote video monitoring station.

The computerized monitoring station — Eyeforce Command Center — is equipped with video and two-way audio software and computer monitoring stations to allow ASI to receive live video from any place in the world that has power and Internet access.

“Our priority at ASI has always been to provide life-safety and security solutions with professionalism and integrity,” says Danny Forrest, owner of ASI. “Joining the First Alert Professional network helps us uphold this philosophy by allowing us to use Honeywell’s industry-leading expertise to stay at the forefront of evolving technologies.”

The independent security dealer network has more than 500 participating installing security contractors nationwide. The program provides customized support in sales techniques and marketing strategies for intrusion, fire, video surveillance and access control systems in commercial and residential facilities.
