Stanley Security Builds Up Correctional Systems Unit
NOBLESVILLE, Ind.
Increasing its grasp of the corrections facility market, Stanley Security Solutions has acquired West Chester, Pa.-based security systems installer Pinnacle Electronic Systems Inc. The terms of the acquisition have not been released.
Pinnacle provides security controls and monitoring systems for correctional facilities. After the acquisition, Pinnacle will be combined with Stanley Security Solutions Integrator.com to form Stanley Correctional Services.
“Pinnacle Electronic Systems is another link in the chain of our continuing strategy to become the comprehensive and all-encompassing access and security solutions provider to the corrections industry,” says Stanley Integrator.com Director of National Sales David Beeler.
