NEW YORK — IP security solutions provider Genetec has named SecureWatch24 (SW24), a provider of installation, guard and other security services, as a Genetec Resource Partner for the northeast United States.
As a resource partner, SW24 will offer Genetec products and services to dealers and integrators at a favorable margin, SW24 President and Founder Desmond Smyth says.
“Genetec is putting a new support structure into place to assist dealers and integrators who want to sell Genetec services,” he explains. “We are also available to assist in the bidding process, including the ability to write proposals and offering pre-sales site surveys and other assistance on the integrator’s behalf.”
Additionally, electronic security contractors that purchase Genetec products through SW24 will qualify for sales training, customer installation and post-sales training and support. They will also have the ability to offer other SW24 services, such as investigations and guards.
