The Protection Bureau Appoints New Central Station Manager

The Protection Bureau has announced personnel changes to bolster its monitoring center staff, as well as participation in the state alarm association.




EXTON, Pa. — The Protection Bureau has announced personnel changes to bolster its monitoring center staff, as well as participation in the state alarm association.

Brian Delphus has been appointed central station manager, responsible for managing day-to-day activities at the company’s Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA)-certified facility.

Delphus has served in the call and command center management sector for 16 years. In a previous role at Ameritech, he built a 1,500-agent customer care center.

[IMAGE]296[/IMAGE]Bill Fisher has been promoted to assistant central station manager. Fisher started with The Protection Bureau in 2008 as a monitoring operator and in 2010 was promoted to central station inside technical coordinator. He will report to Delphus.  

Fisher has also been appointed as vice president of the Southeastern Region of the Pennsylvania Burglar & Fire Alarm Association (PBFAA). He succeeds Keith Freeman, a security systems engineer at The Protection Bureau. Freeman will now serve as the association’s state vice president.
