Indianapolis-based StanleySecurity Products announces an upgrade to its VIP®X video management system. The product is a scalable, enterprise-levelDVR that is designed to integrate with existing CCTV components as wellas third-party transactions. The VIP X can handle multiple cameras on asingle DVR and NVR, and has the capacity to support hundreds of camerason multiple DVRs and NVRs, according to the company.
The product has multiple server consolidation, IP distributedarchitecture, support for an extended list of IP cameras and encodersand an internal storage capacity up to 6TB per unit. The system alsoprovides remote access to recorded and live video via point-and-clickWindows™ interface and supports both analog and IP cameras.
