IQ Certification Program Appoints New Board Secretary

ERIE, Pa. — The Installation Quality (IQ) Certification Program has chosen Rapid Response Monitoring’s Amanda Baumgartner to serve on the IQ Certification board through 2012. She replaces Jacqueline Keast as the board’s secretary.

Each elected IQ Board member serves a two-year term. According to the IQ Guidelines, the IQ chairperson may select a replacement for a board member who resigns during his or her term.

Formerly the assistant to Rapid Response Monitoring President Jeffrey Atkins, Baumgartner now serves as the company’s licensing manager. In this role, Baumgartner is responsible for the renewal of all licenses in every state and jurisdiction. She will also act as the central station’s IQ compliance officer.
