Per Mar Security Services Bolsters Firm With Appointments
Derin Dutchover has been hired as Per Mar Security's president of physical security.
DAVENPORT, Iowa — Per Mar Security Services has added five people to its roster.
In a newly created role, Chad Lasky will serve as electronic security district sales manager. Based out of Des Moines, Lasky will assist general managers with hiring, market planning/sales growth, training, and supporting the sales team members in our local markets. Prior to joining Per Mar, Lasky acquired a strong background in sales leadership with both Brinks’ and ADT.
Derin Dutchover, a 20-year industry veteran, has been hired as vice president of physical security. Dutchover comes to Per Mar with more than 20 years of experience in the security industry with Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. He most recently worked with Securitas Security Services as area vice president of its Arizona operations.
In her role as human resources employment coordinator, Julie Fuller will assist hiring managers with all their employment needs. With more than six years of supervision and extensive staffing and employment experience with Today’s Office Professionals in Indiana and Aspen Dental, Fuller has recruited and staffed for positions from hourly to salaried.
Stephanie Eicher has also joined the HR team as benefits administrator. She comes to Per Mar Security from Alter Trading Corp. with 12 years of benefits administration. Prior to that, Eicher worked at John Deere as a benefits specialist for 13 years.
A 10-year industry veteran, Steve Deromedi will serve as general manager of the South Bend office. Deromedi previously served as a technician, sales representative, sales manager and general manager for Brinks’/ADT.
