Lumidigm has announced mark Shermetaro as its CEO.
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Lumidigm Inc.'s board of directors has appointed Mark Shermetaro as CEO. He served on the company's board of directors for two years.
Shermetaro replaces Lumidigm co-founder, chairman and now former CEO Bob Harbour, who will stay on as executive chairman of the board.
Shermetaro previously served as vice president of business development at Methode Electronics where he was responsible for leading corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity.
