
AMAG Technology has promoted Mike Taylor to Vice President of North American Sales.
In his new role, Taylor will manage the daily operations of AMAG's regional sales managers and sales engineers. He will assist his team with meeting sales goals and providing exceptional customer service to AMAG integrators and end users.
"Mike's proven track record at AMAG Technology displays his exceptional ability to supervise and motivate team members," says Matt Barnette, vice president of Sales & Marketing, AMAG Technology. "We are thrilled to offer him this promotion to better aid our sales team and the company."
Taylor started at AMAG Technology in 2001 as its Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast territory. He was promoted to senior director of Business Development in 2008 where he worked to bring new national accounts to AMAG. In his last position as director of Sales, Taylor led the AMAG's sales team through the recession and closed out a strong year in good standing.
