Continental Access software (CA3000)

Continental Access of Amityville, N.Y., a NAPCO Security Group company, has released v. 2.3 of the CardAccess 3000 software (CA3000). According to NAPCO, the full-featured software is designed to provide access control solutions from standalone to networked enterprise systems. The system uses secure MSDE/MSSQL technology and open database information sharing with CA ExchangeDB import and export features.

According to Continental, the software provides a seamless integrated interface for access control, alarm monitoring and DVR/NVR interface; visitor management; time and attendance with payroll functions; photo badging; import/export utilities; NAPCO GEM alarm interface; and open API support.
