HID Global bioCLASS RKLB57 smart card field enroller

HID Global of Irvine, Calif., launches its bioCLASS^TM RKLB57 smart card field enroller, an iCLASS® contactless smart card reader with LCD screen, keypad and biometric sensor that provides access control certification and fingerprint template enrollment.

The product enables standalone fingerprint template enrollment without the need for PC or enrollment software. It is field-configurable for multiple uses, including dual-purpose reader/enroller and single-purpose reader-only or enroller-only functionality. The product is designed to be plugged into existing access control systems and can be added to select doors without additional wiring or system infrastructure setup.
