As a hosted solution, hattrix allows users to remotely control their own security management tasks in real time over the Web. The solution can scale from two doors to enterprise level and offers low cost of service to a large community of users, the company states.
In a fully managed solution, the managed services provider (MSP) delivers all security needs, according to the company. It enables MSPs to provide a customizable service that could be a hybrid of both hosted and managed access control. A hybrid solution can be tailored to those users who want to be hands-on with managing part of the system, but cannot manage the entire system on their own.
The company states that the solution will help integrators establish a recurring monthly revenue (RMR) stream, reduce installation time and services calls, and reduce attrition.
