SIAC Adds 4 Members to Board of Directors

FRISCO, Texas — The Security Industry Alarm Coalition (SIAC) recently named four new members to its board of directors.

The four major North American security associations each select two representatives to sit on SIAC's board. The groups include: Canadian Security Association (CANASA), Security Industry Association (SIA), Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) and Electronic Security Association (ESA).

CANASA appointed Don Budden of ADT Security Services and Ivan Spector of Montreal-based Sentinel as their SIAC representatives. Budden is the current CANASA president. Spector is past president of CANASA, and currently serves as treasurer for the CSAA Executive Committee.

SIA selected Diebold Vice President of Government and Monitoring Solutions John Stroia as its representative. Stroia currently serves as secretary on SIA's board of directors.

Pasco, Wash.-based Moon Security Vice President Mike Miller will represent ESA. A member of SSI's Editorial Advisory Board, Miller is a past president of the association.
