The Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) has awarded a Five Diamond Certification to Union, N.J. security provider Supreme Security Systems. Supreme joins the select list of central stations to have had all of its operators certified by the CSAA Central Station Operator Level I Online course or in conjunction with the Security Industry Association’s (SIA) “Train-the-Trainer” course.
“Achieving the CSAA Five Diamond Certification, the highest in the industry, is a very significant accomplishment, and further demonstrates Supreme Security's commitment to not only their customers, but their employees' professional development as well,” said CSAA Executive Vice President Steve Doyle.
According to CSAA, a station that receives a Five Diamond Certification must show proficiency in the following areas: alarm verification, emergency preparedness, working with public services such as 911 and detailed knowledge of electronic communications equipment.
