SECURITY SALES & INTEGRATION would like to invite electronic security professionals from the installation and supplier communities to take part in the 15th Annual SAMMY (Sales and Marketing) Awards, plus the 7th Annual SSIHall of Fame induction at the Venetian hotel in Las Vegas on March 23.
Held each year on the eve of ISC West, the free program attracts industry brethren from across North America who enjoy the opportunity to reacquaint with friends and peers while witnessing some of the industry’s top sales, marketing and installation practices.
In all, 12 SAMMY awards will be awarded during the evening, including the coveted “Installer of the Year,” “Integrated Installation of the Year” and “Best Overall Integrated Marketing Campaign” honors. You can view a complete list of finalists here.
As a co-main event, the SSI Hall of Fame will salute six men whose careers have made a profound and indelible impact on the industry and in their communities. They are: Louis (Lou) Fiore, principal, L.T. Fiore Inc., who made his mark with National Guardian and ADT; John Hakanson, president, Honeywell Sensing and Devices (includes System Sensor); Donald Horn, president, The Horn Group LLC, best known as founder of Vicon Industries; William (Bill) Moody, who retired in 2007 and is best known for his years with ADT; John Murphy, president/CEO, Vector Security; and Ralph Sevinor, president, Wayne Alarm Systems.
