SECURITY SALES & INTEGRATION has been named as a finalist in the Western Publishing Association (WPA) Maggie Awards program, including a nomination in the Best Non-Paid Trade magazine category.
SSI is a former Maggie winner and has been named as a finalist in the editorial excellence awards program for six consecutive years.
“Even though this is the seventh consecutive year SSI has been a finalist for a prestigious Maggie Award, it never grows tiresome,” says Editor-in-Chief Scott Goldfine. “This particular category is gratifying because SSI is such a technical publication and the judges are editors of consumer magazines, which means we are managing to make what could be dry or esoteric engaging even to the layperson. I am very proud of our entire team here.”
Campus Safety Magazine, SSI’s sister publication, was also named a finalist in the Best Public Safety Trade category. The magazines are published by Bobit Business Media.
Winners of the 59th Annual Maggie Awards will be announced on May 7 during a ceremony held at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel at Los Angeles Airport.
