Reed Exhibitions will re-brand its ISC East trade show in the fall as ISC Solutions and focus more closely on the emerging verticals of health care, retail, education campuses and government, the organizer announced at ISC West.
ISC Solutions, which is scheduled for Nov. 3-4 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York, will "present the solutions and applications for those security products for emerging vertical sectors," according to the group.
"As an end-of-year counterpart to ISC West, ISC Solutions adds to the value equation presented by the ISC portfolio," said Ed Nichols, Reed's industry vice president. "It will offer a targeted opportunity for manufacturers to present solutions and applications to their end-user customers in those sectors while continuing to build relationships with dealers and installers who are a vital part of the security channel continuum."
Integrator educational sessions at ISC Solutions will be developed jointly with several partners, including SSI sister publication Campus Safety Magazine.
A solutions hub at the show will act as a resource center for security end-users by incorporating speaking theaters, appointment meeting space and representation from the vertical segments' associations and stakeholders. The theme of ISC Solutions will be driven by current industry trends and technologies.
