IRVING, Texas — The Electronic Security Association’s (ESA) National Training School (NTS) has launched online versions of three of its classroom courses to provide installing technicians the chance to study at their own pace.
The coursework titles include Electronic Access Control (EAC), Video System Technologies (VST) and Troubleshooting, Service and Maintenance (TSM).
Each of the three online courses comprise modules that cover key topics, overviews and exercises. Once a course has been completed successfully, students are then eligible to take an online exam that is supervised in real-time by an NTS representative.
“NTS’s online training offers additional interactive material to help students absorb the key concepts without the aid of an instructor,” says ESA Education Committee Co-Chair Paul Baran. “It's a great way for students to take these classes.”
