IRVING, Texas — The Electronic Security Association (ESA) will kick off the new year with its 2012 ESA Leadership Summit on Jan. 8-12.
Held at the Omni Mandalay Hotel at Las Colinas in Irving, Texas, the event offers association meetings, leadership development workshops, vendor showcase and networking opportunities.
Co-located with the ESA Leadership Summit is the Electronic Security Integrators (ESI) Forum, a hosted guest segment. The forum, which hosts the industry's most successful security integration companies, offers business seminars, roundtable sessions and more.
"In 2011, the hosted guest segment was an overwhelming success," ESA President Dom D'Ascoli says. "The new 2012 format allows us to offer both programs, serving the different needs of our members and volunteers. The events will be a huge success."
Additionally, ESA will present its Leadership Awards at the Cellar Restaurant and Bar on Jan. 11. There, the organization will recognize winners in the following categories:
- Chartered Chapter of the Year
- Chapter Executive Director of the Year
- Chapter President of the Year
- Chapter Newsletter of the Year
- National Training School (NTS) Instructor of the Year
- NTS Training Coordinator of the Year
- Chapter Web site of the Year
