In the latest edition, Editor-in-Chief Scott Goldfine talks with John Cerasuolo, president and COO of Nashville, Tenn.-based ADS Security. Established in 1990, ADS provides security and life-safety installation and monitoring services to more than 70,000 commercial and residential customers throughout the southeastern U.S. ADS' CEO, Mel Mahler, is a CSAA Past President and a member of SSI's Industry Hall of Fame. Cerasuolo, who hails from Long Island, is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and served as a senior officer in the Engineering Department of the nuclear-powered cruiser USS Virginia. Having also earned an MBA degree from Clemson, in 1988 John joined Michelin Tire Corp. as an industrial engineer before spending 17 years as vice president of telecommunications firm Alcoa Fujikura. He then took on his present role with ADS in 2008.
