JUPITER, Fla. — For the fifth consecutive year, G4S Secure Solutions Inc. has earned a spot on Training magazine's Top 125 Award ranking for its North America Training Institute (NATI) program.

Training is a business publication for learning and development, and human resource professionals. The Top 125 ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, and how closely such development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives.

"Our G4S North America Training Institute is core to our success," G4S President Drew Levine says. "I am proud our company continues to be recognized by outside experts for our comprehensive training programs."

A G4S client survey showed that quality of training continues to be a primary factor for selecting and continuing long-term relationships with the business. Additionally, 90% of employees stated that they received training necessary to perform their job well in a 2011 employee survey, according to G4S.

All G4S security officers must complete 40 hours of orientation training before they can start work. Officers also receive training for their industry specific job. Additionally, the company's training programs have earned American Council on Education (ACE) certification.
