She also served in a P&L leadership role for the Intermodal Leasing segment at GE Equipment Services. In this role, Thompson was a key member of the team responsible for turning around the Rail Services Division. Additionally, she has also worked for Morgan Stanley & Co., The Boston Consulting Group, Ernst & Young and ITT Corp.
