NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) and SECURITY SALES & INTEGRATION named Redwire of Tallahassee, Fla., as the first annual Five Diamond Marketing MARVEL Award winner on Tuesday.
Specifically geared toward central stations that have achieved CSAA Five Diamond certification, the program honors companies that creatively use their Five Diamond status to gain a competitive edge in the marketplace. Another goal of the program is to educate all electronic security companies on best marketing practices, and to encourage CSAA companies to attain Five Diamond designation.
Redwire received the MARVEL accolade during the IceBreaker Luncheon, a SSI-sponsored event, during the 2012 Electronic Security Expo (ESX) in Nashville, Tenn.
Redwire has operated its own central station since 1978. Earlier this year, the company completed the requirements to earn the CSAA Five Diamond Certification and has made significant efforts to include the accreditation in its marketing plan. Those efforts include displaying the CSAA Five Diamond logo on its Web site and marketing materials, such as business cards, sales flyers, E-mail tags and more.
“The Five Diamond certification has been posted in local chamber member news and in the Tallahassee Democrat Business Matters section,” Redwire Marketing manager Nan O’Kelly wrote in the company’s award-winning application.
A complete look at Redwire’s Marvel-award winning techniques will be featured in SSI’s November issue.
