CSAA Webinar to Help Central Stations Boost Social Media Presence

VIENNA, Va. — The Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) will host a social media training Web seminar in November to help alarm companies and central monitoring stations improve their online marketing strategies.

The online event is scheduled for Nov. 7 at 10 a.m. West Coast time. Teresa Brewer of System Sensor and Michael Kremer of Intertek/ETL will host the hour-long session, which will review social media strategies than can help alarm monitoring businesses. Topics include:

  • Tips to help businesses acquire customers or get referrals
  • How to boost attendance at company sponsored community events
  • Guidelines to increase inquiries on your company Web site
  • Ways to increase market exposure
