CSAA Webinar to Help Central Stations Boost Social Media Presence

VIENNA, Va. — The Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) will host a social media training Web seminar in November to help alarm companies and central monitoring stations improve their online marketing strategies.

The online event is scheduled for Nov. 7 at 10 a.m. West Coast time. Teresa Brewer of System Sensor and Michael Kremer of Intertek/ETL will host the hour-long session, which will review social media strategies than can help alarm monitoring businesses. Topics include:

Tips to help businesses acquire customers or get referrals
How to boost attendance at company sponsored community events
Guidelines to increase inquiries on your company Web site
Ways to increase market exposure
