FRACKVILLE, Pa. — Electronic security contractor U.S. Alarms, a Dynamark Security franchise, has purchased the alarm division assets of Bethlehem, Pa.-based Four Seasons Security, for an undisclosed amount.
A division of Deiter Bros., a heating and cooling services company, Four Seasons Security, is a full-service security company that offers burglary, fire, access control and CCTV solutions for home and business in the eastern Pennsylvania market.
U.S. Alarms has recently sought acquisition possibilities, according to company owner Tom Bartolacci. So when the firm learned about the opportunity to purchase assets from Four Seasons from Davis Mergers and Acquisitions’ Steve Rubin, who assisted with the transaction, U.S. Alarms jumped at the chance.
“We were looking to expand our penetration in the Lehigh Valley marketing area,” Bartolacci tells SSI. “This acquisition fit perfectly into those plans.”
Bartolacci declined to make known how much recurring monthly revenue (RMR) the deal brings in or how many accounts his company obtained, stating that the Four Seasons purchase “brings a substantial number of residential and commercial accounts.” He did say the firm’s immediate plans for 2013 are to expand further into the eastern Pennsylvania and western New Jersey markets.
“In addition to our growth through acquisition, our talented and experienced people have been quite successful with our organic growth within our markets,” Bartolacci says. “We plan to continue that growth as well as pursuing key opportunities when they become available.”
