F.E. Moran Security and Monitoring Buys Life Safety Design of Danville, Ill.

After six months of negotiations, Brett Beam, president of F.E. Moran Security and Monitoring has announced the acquisition of Life Safety Design of Danville, Ill. Life Safety is said to add another 1,000 monitored accounts to Moran's present account base.

Life Safety's business efforts include both residential and commercial throughout central Illinois. According to GraybeardsRus, a division of Davis Marketing Group Inc. of Long Grove, Ill., Dale Fitzpatrick of Life Safety will stay on as general manager of the Moran operations in central Illinois.

"This acquisition adds substantial substance to our already rapidly growing business in central Illinois. We intend to monitor these accounts in our state-of-the-art, UL central station in Champaign. Dale Fitzpatrick is a valuable asset to the Moran family!"
