Mace CS Training and Licensing/Compliance Manager Brendan Burrows has earned Security Industry Association (SIA) trainer certification.
ANAHEIM, Calif. — Brendan Burrows, who serves as training and licensing/compliance manager for Mace Central Station (CS), has earned Security Industry Association (SIA) trainer certification.
Burrows received the certification after completing the central monitoring station instructors course developed by SIA and the Association of Public Safety Communications Officials (APCO) Institute.
In connection with his certification, Burrows has developed a program to administer the SIA-APCO central station operators’ course at Mace CS. The course will provide Mace CS team members with standardized core skills and knowledge to efficiently and effectively handle alarm signals and aid end-user subscribers.
