The average number of video surveillance installations per dealer/integrator has continued to back away from its all-time high in 2007, losing another dozen projects. The averages according to company size are 252 for large, and 72 for both midsize and small operators. Large companies actually experienced an increase in business of 40 projects, as did small firms, but to a lesser extent at four jobs annually. Taking a major hit, however, were midsize operators that saw a decline of 24 projects.
