Fluidmesh Networks, a manufacturer of wireless systems for mesh networking applications, unveils an e-learning platform to provide training and technical know-how to all its partners.
The company is offering a level 1 overview course that includes modules on sales training, site-survey training and basic product configuration for point-to-point wireless systems. This course is offered free of charge and is mandatory for all partners.
Fluidmesh is also offering an online technical certification. The level 2 course will cover all the details of system design, product configuration and troubleshooting, and span all the architectures — point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, mesh and mixed networks.
A hands-on training lab is also available to Fluidmesh partners, but participants must first complete both level 1 and level 2 courses. The lab allows design and installation engineers to interact in person with a Fluidmesh engineer and learn how to configure, install and troubleshoot Fluidmesh products. The session can be held at any Fluidmesh office or directly on a partner’s premises.
“We want our partners to learn as much as possible about our products and technology so they, in turn, can offer their customers a viable solution at a competitive price,” says Cosimo Malesci, co-founder and vice president, Fluidmesh. “In our industry, knowledge means margins and we want to give to our partners the opportunity to capitalize on it effectively.”
