Verint Systems Inc. has been named the 2010 North American IP Surveillance Software Company of the Year by research firm Frost & Sullivan.
Based on its recent analysis of the IP surveillance software market, Frost & Sullivan honored Verint for its strength in areas of growth strategy excellence, degree of innovation with products and technologies, leadership in customer satisfaction value and in market penetration.
In particular, the research firm cited Verint’s Nextiva IP Video portfolio of products, including IP video management software, integrated analytics, encoders, cameras, wireless devices and intelligent DVRs.
“The total IP surveillance market is the fastest growing segment in the security industry,” says Frost & Sullivan Industry Analyst Dilip Sarangan. “Verint is one of the original companies in this market and has maintained a healthy market share with a strategic mix of innovation, effective communication and a comprehensive, best-in-class product portfolio.”
