Mobotix Introduces Channel Network Program

April 18, 2012 | Comments (0) | Post a comment

NEW YORKMobotix, a provider of high-resolution video systems, has launched a new international channel network program to offer certified partners a range of benefits.

The multitier program is structured to address all Mobotix partners, which include distributors, integrators, resellers and installers. The partner categories are broken down into three groups: advanced, certified and registered.

Partners have to demonstrate a certain revenue level and attendance of certification seminars in order to attain a particular partner level. They can take advantage of special business terms and a range of benefits. These include special training, sales and project support, extensive marketing materials, and assistance with Mobotix Partner press activities.

“We want the international channel network program to provide our partners with the best support possible and to improve their business transactions,” says Magnus Ekerot, chief sales officer of Mobotix. “It also helps these partners to maintain a strong position in a highly competitive market. Innovative products combined with the corresponding expertise and services could mean the difference between one of our partners and their competitors and be the make-or-break factor in winning a project.”

Among its benefits, the program will offer channel partners support on projects from beginning to the end. The scope of the support measures can include assistance in preparing offers and in providing onsite technical support for large projects. Ongoing support is provided through a telephone hotline with a guaranteed call-back time and remote desktop support software.
