Bosch NBC-225-P IP Camera

Fairport, N.Y.-based Bosch Security Systems announces the latest addition to its IP camera 200 Series, the NBC-225-P. The IP camera has an integrated 4.9mm fixed lens and is ready to use straight from the box, according to the company.

The camera features a 2.8mm-10mm varifocal lens and can operate without a DVR or PC. Video is stored on the camera's Secure Digital (SD) flash memory card.

The camera's H.264 image compression reduces the requirements for storage by up to 30 percent compared to traditional surveillance technology, according to the company.
