Pelco by Schneider Electric of Clovis, Calif., releases the upgraded Digital Sentry Series hardware platform, with a new DSSRV NVR powered with the latest processor and on-board graphics technologies at its core.
The product’s upgrades provide optimized operation of the Digital Sentry video management software (VMS), which allows facility and security managers to access, monitor and manage critical data and multiple buildings from a central location, according to the company. It features network video recording of HD and SD IP streams of Pelco cameras, as well as and third-party cameras, and optional hybrid expansion of up to 64 analog channels recording at D1 30/25 images per second (IPS). The platform also offers 280Mbps available bandwidth for IP recording, viewing and export.
Additionally, the product features front-accessible, internal storage to 18TB or 12TB with optional DVD.
