The IP8152 mini box network camera by Vivotek of San Jose, Calif., offers Supreme Night Visibility technology to ensure excellent video quality even under low light conditions, according to the company.
Featuring a 1.3-megapixel CMOS sensor, the camera can capture 1,280 x 1,024 resolution video at 30 frames per second (fps). A built-in removable infrared (IR)-cut filter allows the use of IR illuminators for enhancing image quality at night or when ambient light levels are otherwise low.
Supporting the H.264 compression standard, the product is bundled with multi-language 32-channel recording software, built-in IEEE 802.3af-compliant PoE functionality and a MicroSD/SDHC card slot for on-board storage.
