Mellon Security Joins Honeywell’s Dealer Program

Mellon Security and Sound Systems Inc., a Lake Worth, Fla.-based full service integrator, has joined the Honeywell First Alert Professional Dealer Program, an independent security dealer network.

Mellon Security, which is affiliated with a UL-listed central monitoring station, provides customized commercial and residential alarm, monitoring, video and access control solutions along with A/V, entertainment, theater and sound services. Additionally, the company offers 24-hour, on-call tech support.

“As a family owned and operated company, Mellon Security maintains its strong values while providing dependable service and installation in a large-market area,” says Joe Sausa, First Alert Professional president. “The company’s ‘put-the-customer-first’ credo and its dedicated team make it an ideal addition to First Alert Professional Dealer Program.”

Bill Zeller, Mellon Security president, says his company’s credo is to establish a personal rapport with its clientele to more effectively understand their needs. “Joining the First Alert program will allows us to take advantage of Honeywell’s excellent resources to advance our residential and commercial solutions and enhance relationships,” he says.

With more than 500 dealers nationwide, the First Alert Professional Dealer Program provides customized support in sales techniques and marketing strategies for intrusion, fire, CCTV and access control systems in commercial and residential facilities. The program is designed for dealers with expertise in intrusion and fire, video surveillance and access control.
