MIDLOTHIAN, Va. — SECURITY SALES & INTEGRATION "Tech Talk" columnist Bob Dolph will serve as a guest speaker at the Electronic Security and Technology Association's (ESTA) Operations Meeting. Hosted by Richmond Alarm Company, the event will take place Jan. 19-21 at the Holiday Inn Koger Center in Richmond, Va.

Titled, "Maximize Your Efficiency and Productivity," Dolph's presentation is based on his October 2010 column, which you can view here.

"Over the last couple of years, security dealers and integrators have had the extra challenge of making their operations more productive and efficient due to lean economic times," Dolph says. "This session provides a good opportunity for ESTA members to re-examine and fine tune their operational methodology."

The ESTA consists of a small group of medium-sized independent alarm dealers. During the annual Operations Meeting, attendants are able to share information and best practices on ways to improve their businesses.

For more information on the event, contact Karen Mackey at (412) 477-3576.
