I remember those when I was a night servicemen at ADT in the late 60's. When the ADEMCO 39 came out, I kneeled and said thank you! When the Sentrol reed switch along with UPS and EPC became dominant, I still find myself, today as as "lawyer", looking at every door or ceiling for motion detectors while my wife is shopping. I still think of alarm components as being very sexy! Even Sontrix and Unisec and the old reliable Aritech 101 ultrasonics and Solfan. Those designers were on par with Steve Jobs and his products when it comes to design.
